2. Service Description
DevQuote AI provides software estimation, quotation generation, proposal creation, and consultation booking services. Our quotes are estimates based on industry data and should be treated as guidance, not binding contracts.
3. Accuracy of Estimates
Our estimates are generated based on the information you provide. Actual development costs may vary by 10-30% depending on final requirements, team, and market conditions. We do not guarantee that any quote matches final project costs.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading project information
- Use the platform for competitive intelligence gathering
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our estimation methodology
- Generate quotes for illegal or harmful software
5. Payments & Refunds
Consultation fees are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or rescheduling credit.
6. Intellectual Property
Your project description and requirements remain your property. We use this information solely to generate your quote and improve our service.
7. Limitation of Liability
DevQuote AI is not liable for decisions made based on quote estimates. Always conduct proper due diligence before committing to a software project.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
